Hilton London Syon Park

This hotel is one of a kind. The comfort, style, location and helpful staff made this place stand out. We don’t get to leave the kids, and the staff at the Hilton Syon Park made our time away extra special. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Kevin who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Our room was outstanding, both spacious and comfortable. Fixtures were thoughtful and high end, from the waterfall showers, bathtub, and sinks, to the bedside phone chargers. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts, the buffet focused on doing fewer things well, such as two types of bacon, pastries, and especially appreciated were the vegetarian sausages. And all served without the usual greasy metal catering trays. We booked the spa too for after checkout to chill in the jacuzzi before heading out to the surrounding Syon Park for a walk. We’re looking forward to coming back.

We like the ambience and the location of the Hotel. Excellent Spa services Excellent breakfast despite the restaurant seemingly being understaffed. As usual the staff worked their sock off for the guests. Thank you!! The Waitress with glasses was a gem as she seemed to be everywhere as were the managers.

Felt looked after very well.. loved the spa …. Kevin the concierge was exceptional and the lady in the bar on the Saturday morning. Definitely returning because of the staff.

Very beautiful location and surrounding landscape. Very nice and hospitable staff. Hotel restaurant is 10 stars, good food, served on time and very friendly staff. The same in the morning breakfast, various food options. Spa is 25£ extra per person but worth the money. We had a pleasant afternoon in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a lounge bar on the premises for the more party people. We will definitely come back again!
